finally a birthday layout..

Addison had his birthday way back in October and I am finally getting around to his photos. I love how colourful this turned out. I have discovered glimmer mist....love it, I have used it on a couple of layouts, some I cant share yet ,but thanks to my friend taryn I have finished this one off with a little bit of red mist. I am so in love with these October Afternoon papers... I think I have two of each sheet.

I would like to wish every one a very Merry Christmas I hope you all have a great day!

side by side

I love that my two boys can play side by side and up until now get along so well, Im sure that will change soon enough. I created this layout last night using some yummy October Afternoon papers and a fiskars border punch that I have borrowed but I have on order , this is becoming my favourite punch to use.

he Believes....

Last year one of my favourite scrappers stephaniehowell did a layout about her daughter believing in Santa, I loved the layout and the concept and this year I got the opportunity to do a layout about this as Addison believes this year, last year he was just too young, but this year he is so excited about Santa coming....

I have used lots of different snowflake punches and kindi glitz for a bit of sparkle..

'just so you

I have had this layout on the boil for a week or so now, was looking for just the right embellishment and I found it the other day with this wooden dinosaur from Craft Inspirations the little scrapbook shop I am now teaching at, I covered it in glitter then added the frill at the back by concertina folding some paper and glueing it on the back.

This second layout is one of the classes I will be teaching in January, a Christmas class, we decided to keep our Christmas class till after the event so everyone would have their photos to use, we will be using basic greys fa lala line of pattern papers, and lots of punches! if you are in the Petrie area pop into Craft inspirations and check out the details for my class, the other layout didnt photograph well so ill get that up asap.

look up

As soon as I saw this photo of Larsen that my friend took of him and I, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it, Although you can only just see my arm in it I love that Larsen is looking up to me with such love...my wish is that I always have his love and respect...I used the October Afternoon duckie paper to simulate baby following mummy...I also played around with this months sketch at stucksketches.....
